Ingredients - makes 4 cups
2-1/2 cups water
4 tsp sugar (or to taste)
4 tsp tea leaves
2 cardamoms - crushed and powdered
1/2 tsp fennel - powdered
1 tsp grated ginger
2 cups milk
Method
Boil the water along with sugar, tea leaves, powdered cardamom andfennel and ginger. Once it boils for about 2 minutes, add milk.Return to a boil and let it sit on a low flame for another 1-2minutes. Strain and serve (so the tea leaves don't come in the cup)
